1. Boulder Mojo IPA – Nitro ABV – 7.2% $6
Mojo reflects the perfect balance of hop bitterness and malt character. The unique Amarillo hop creates a big citrus flavor with an ultra-crisp dry finish.

2. Left Hand Milk Stout Nitro ABV – 6% $6
The aroma is of brown sugar and vanilla cream, with hints of roasted coffee. Initial roasty, mocha flavors rise up, with slight hop & roast bitterness in the finish.

3. Upper Hand Lager ABV – 5% $5
This lager has a crisp bite, with herbal and floral hop aroma balanced out by a subtle malt character.

4. Schell’s Red Sangria Lager ABV – 4.8% $6
Introducing Schell’s Red Sangria lager, brewed specially for the Minnesota state fair and only available at the Schell’s bar in the West End Market. This beer brings the flavor profile of a red wine sangria to a radler-style lager. Bright and refreshing with notes of apple, pear, citrus and elderberry!

5. Ace Pear Cider ABV – 5% $7
Made from a base of 100% pure, local apple juice. Pear essence is added to give the cider its distinctive pear taste; a taste so fresh and natural it is already proving as popular as its more traditional apple counterpart. This cider is naturally gluten free.

6. Bells Two Hearted ABV – 7.0% $6
Two Hearted as an intense hop aroma and malt balance with characteristics of grapefruit and pine aromas. A very drinkable American-style IPA.

7. Surly Darkness ABV – 12% $9
This massive Russian Imperial Stout brings waves of flavors; chocolate, cherries, raisins, coffee, and toffee. We add a touch of hops to make this delicious brew even tastier.
followed by… Surly Barrel Aged Darkness ABV – 12% $9
This massive Russian Imperial Stout brings waves of flavors; chocolate, cherries, raisins, coffee, and toffee. Barrel-Aged Darkness is a limited edition variant that spent over three months aging in Rye Whiskey barrels. The aging process provides a distinct aromatic whiskey character that is oaky and spicy on top of the core Darkness flavors.

8. Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA ABV – 9% $7
An Imperial I.P.A. brewed to be savored from a snifter. A big beer with a great malt backbone that stands up to the extreme hopping rate.

9. B Nektar Zombie Killer ABV – 6% $7
Zombie Killer Cherry Cyser is made with Michigan tart cherry juice, apple cider and star thistle honey. It is sweet but balances nicely with the tart cherries.

10. Deschutes Fresh Squeezed ABV – 6% $6
This mouthwateringly delicious IPA gets its flavor from a heavy helping of citra and mosaic hops. Don’t worry, no fruit was harmed in the making of this beer.

11. Bent Paddle Bent Hop Golden IPA ABV – 6.2% $5
An unexpected visual bend to an American IPA. This style is one that stands out in a crowd, or if you’re more like us – enjoyed at a campsite, with no crowd.

12. Fulton Lonely Blonde ABV – 4.8% $5
The Lonely Blonde wears a delicate fragrance of Czech Saaz hops, and flaunts German Pilsner, Crystal 10, and White Wheat malt, which contribute medium-light body, fair complexion, and a pleasantly lacy white head.

13. Tallgrass Strawberry Shortcake ABV – 6% $6
A Wheat Ale with a beautiful aromatic strawberry flavor and a cake-like vanilla richness for a delicious experience with one of America’s favorite dessert treats. Enjoy!
followed by… Deschutes Chasing Freshies ABV – 7.4% $6
Bright and juicy, the enchanting aroma of the freshest possible hops. This year we’ve chased down fresh experimental hops #431 from Haas in Yakima, Washington.

14. Surly Furious ABV – 6.2% $5
Four American hop varieties are used at a rate of over three pounds per barrel. The result is a rich malt sweetness infused with bright hop flavor and aroma from beginning to end.

15. Surly SurlyFest ABV – 6% $5
A traditional Oktoberfest bier from Surly? Nein! If you want one of those, grab your passport and head over to Munchen (bring us back some pretzels.) SurlyFest is brewed with three different types of Rye and a single variety of American Hops.

16. Toppling Goliath Pompeii ABV – 5.5% $6
Inspiration for our newest Hop Patrol IPA comes from the House of Faun in Pompeii, Italy. This single-hop IPA preserves the luxurious taste of the Mosaic hop.

17. Big Sky Moose Drool ABV – 5.1% $5
Moose Drool is brewed with pale, caramel, chocolate, and whole black malts; and Kent Goldings, Liberty, and Willamette hops.

18. Summit Pilsner ABV – 4.5% $5
With a crisp, refreshing malt backbone and lightly spiced hops, it’s a taste of the Bohemian life.

19. Odell Citra IPA ABV – 6.5% $5
This single hop IPA utilizes the beloved American-grown Citra hop, which features aromas of citrus and tropical fruit combined with robust flavors of grapefruit and ripe melon.

20. Summit Extra Pale Ale ABV – 5.1% $5
Its light bronze color and distinctly hoppy flavor have made it a favorite in St. Paul, Minneapolis and the rest of the Upper Midwest ever since we first brewed it back in 1986.

21. Bells Best Brown ABV – 5.8% $6
A smooth, toasty brown ale, Best Brown Ale is a mainstay in our fall & winter lineup. With hints of caramel and cocoa, the malt body has the depth to stand up to cool weather, but does not come across as heavy. This balancing act is aided by the generous use of American hops.
followed by… Odell Sunny Rain ABV – 6% $5
Common to the high elevations of the Rocky Mountains, Sunny Rain is the unexpected shower from a cloudless sky. In that juxtaposition, we found inspiration. For this limited release, we introduced bright hop aroma to balance a tart citrus-like character. It’s as unlikely as rain on a clear summer day and it makes for a surprising, yet very drinkable beer.

Apple-Raspberry Hard Cider. Your first taste breaks into a thirsty grin. Taste number two confirms the first. One more taste, and positive vibes roar. Raspberry Smash is for those who get it.

23. Redstone Meadery Passion Fruit Nectar ABV – 8% $7
Bright tropical front, tartness in the middle, with a dry, sharp finish from the acidity of the passion fruit.

24. Tallgrass Blueberry Jam ABV – 4.3% $7
After a successful solo tour, we decided to put a band together with our Jam Series! Jam out with this refreshingly tart, German-style wheat ale brewed with blueberries.

25. Boulder Shakeberry ABV – 6% $5
Strawberry alternative version of our Shake Chocolate Porter; chocolate covered strawberry!

26. Bent Paddle Mosaic Hopped Kanu ABV – 4.8% $5
IPA-Session Minnesota State Fair 2017 Exclusive: This brew by Bent Paddle Brewing is a session pale ale that’s made with a “boatload” of Mosaic hops to give it tropical and fruity flavors.

27. Dangerous Man/Destihl Shared Vessel Collaboration ABV – 7.1% $6
A collaboration between Dangerous Man and Destihl Brewery! A Belgian Blonde ale with honey & tea… Delicious!

28. Fixed Gear Red Ale ABV – 6.5% $5
It’s RED, it’s BOLD and it tastes DAMN GOOD. We could go on and on about it, This one’s got an ATTITUDE.

29. Loon Juice Caramel Apple Cider ABV – 5% $7
A hard cider made from Honeycrisp apples with a touch of caramel.

30. Destihl Blueberry Gose ABV – 5% $7
Our Leipzig-Style Gose undergoes a spontaneous fermentation, similar to Belgian-style Gueuze/Lambic beers. Blueberry and other citrus-like qualities are present in aroma and on the palate.

31. Destihl Weissenheimer Hefeweizen ABV – 5.9% $5
The aroma and flavor of this classic hefeweizen (or weissbier/wheat beer with yeast) is decidedly fruity with clove, nutmeg-like and even vanilla-like phenolics. Banana-like esters are also present.

32. Boulder Shake ABV – 5.9% $6
This unique brew blends five different grains, including Chocolate Wheat, that along with cacao nibs create a devilishly delicious chocolate finish with a velvety mouth feel.

33. Surly Wet ABV – 6.1% $6
Brewed with American hops so fresh they’ve never had the chance to dry out. Day 1: picked. Day 2: shipped. Day 4: tossed in the brew. The only delay from the field to your glass is the time it takes for fermenting. The hop varieties vary, but you can always expect the intense resinous character that only comes from the fresh hops. 2017 – Our wet-hopped IPA returns. Fresh-picked Mosaic hops, straight outta Yakima, pack a dank, tropical wallop, with notes of tangerine, papaya, and grass… 100% Mosaic hops
followed by… Surly Misanthrope ABV – 9% $7
Saison / Farmhouse Ale. Belgian style Saison aged with Brett in used white wine barrels.

34. Central Waters Headless Heron ABV 8.5% $7
Generously spiced with nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and cloves, this barrel-aged pumpkin spice ale overflows with dark fruit, dried fruit, and hints of bourbon.

35. Boulevard Ginger Lemon Radler ABV – 4.1% $6
Boulevard Ginger-Lemon Radler is a zesty, refreshing take on the tradition of mixing beer with soda or lemonade to create a light, thirst-quenching beverage ideal for warm weather.

36. 21st Amendment Blood Orange IPA ABV – 7% $6
Brewed with real blood oranges with a base of Brew Free or Die IPA. We added some additional Citra hops to compliment the oranges.

37. Boulevard Tank 7 ABV – 8.5% $7
Beginning with a flavorful surge of fruity aromatics and hoppy, grapefruit notes (Amarillo hops), this complex, straw-colored ale finishes long, dry and spicy.

38. Rush River Unforgiven Amber Ale ABV – 5.5% $5
Rich in flavor and mildly sweet, this amber ale is dry- hopped in the conditioning tank to add a subtle herbal nose.

39. The Bruery Guava Libre ABV – 7.5% $7
We brewed an imperial cream ale, adding lactose and vanilla to impart sweet, custard-like ribbons, and guava for filling its conceptual authenticity.

40. Surly Todd The Axe Man ABV – 7.2% $6
“Todd – The Axe Man” – a potent IPA loaded with fresh American aroma hops on a base of rich Golden Promise malt, Surly’s signature malt.

41. Oskar Blues Old Chub ABV – 8% $7
Old Chub is a celebration of malts. The cola-colored beer features a dense, tawny head, a creamy mouthful and flavors of caramel, chocolate and lightly roasted malt. Complex and rich, it finishes with a whisper of smokiness that calls to mind a fine single malt scotch.

42. The Bruery Goses Are Red ABV – 5.3% $7
Goses are Red is a stylish match of a funky, crisp and tart gose with the soft sweetness of a rosé wine. The refreshing wheat-based beer builds in complexity, thanks to time spent in an oak foeder and the addition of grapes, which impart a refreshing rosé character and color.

43. Central Waters Bourbon Barrel Quadruple Ale ­ ABV – 10% $7
Barrel aged Quad is brewed in the spirit of collaboration. We combine traditional techniques and ingredients like Belgian candi sugar with American innovation and experimentation by the use of bourbon barrels.

44. Lift Bridge Crosscut IPA ABV – 5.5% $5
A well balanced American Pale Ale accentuated by floral Cascade hops and our unique introduction of grapefruit peel to compliment the citrus notes of the hops.

45. Bells Abracadabra ABV – 5.5% $6
Arabicadabra is brewed with a cold coffee extract made at the brewery using a combination of fair trade, organic Nicaraguan coffee beans and Sumatra coffee beans.

46. Victory Golden Monkey ABV – 9.5% $6
The richness of German malts and Belgian yeast are tempered by a sparkling approach and overall light body.

47. Lift Bridge Pro-Am ABV – 8% $6
This year’s winner of the Lift Bridge Pro-Am was a familiar face to us here at Lift Bridge and was Sean Kampshoff for his Doppelbock. The recipe was scaled up, brewed, and is entered into this years GABF Pro-Am competition to be held in Denver.

48. Dogfish Head Indian Brown Ale ABV – 7.2% $6
This beer is well hopped and malty at the same time. It is brewed with Aromatic Barley and caramelized brown sugar. You will get notes of molasses, coffee, ginger, and chocolate.

49. Deschutes Obsidian Stout ABV – 6.4% $5
Obsidian has distinct notes of espresso, chocolate, roasted malt and black barley, with just enough hop bite to cut the sweetness.

50. Breckenridge Chocolate Orange Stout Nitro ABV – 6% $5
Chocolate Orange Stout is brewed with orange zest and locally sourced cacao (cold-pressed unroasted cocoa beans). Mandarina hops impart subtle aromas of tangerine which enhance the citrus flavors. The velvety texture of the nitrogen head completes this decadent wintertime indulgence.
