Yuzu and Ugli fruit infusions twisted together with the blueberry, tangerine notes of Mosaic make for a tangy, juicy, zesty array of aroma and flavor. Salivation will
instantly ensue with one sniff of this crushable brew that was inspired by a Yuzu brew we made with some brewing friends in Japan.
5. Ace Pear Cider ABV – 5% $7
Made from a base of 100% pure, local apple juice. Pear essence is added to give the cider its distinctive pear taste; a taste so fresh and natural it is already proving as popular as its more traditional apple counterpart. This cider is naturally gluten free.
6. Bells Two Hearted ABV – 7.0% $6
Two Hearted as an intense hop aroma and malt balance with characteristics of grapefruit and pine aromas. A very drinkable American-style IPA.
7. Bells Hop Slam ABV – 10% $7
Starting with six different hop varietals added to the brew kettle & culminating with a massive dry-hop addition of Simcoe hops, Bell’s Hopslam Ale possesses the most complex hopping schedule in the Bell’s repertoire. Selected specifically because of their aromatic qualities, these Pacific Northwest varieties contribute a pungent blend of grapefruit, stone fruit, and floral notes. A generous malt bill and a solid dollop of honey provide just enough body to keep the balance in check, resulting in a remarkably drinkable rendition of the Double India Pale Ale style.
8. Green Flash Natura Morta Blood Orange ABV – 5.5% $7
Ale brewed with Spices aged in Red Wine Barrels with Blood Orange.
9. B Nektar Zombie Killer ABV – 6% $7

An unexpected visual bend to an American IPA. This style is one that stands out in a crowd.
12. Fulton Lonely Blonde ABV – 4.8% $5

16. Toppling Goliath Pompeii ABV – 5.5% $6
Inspiration for our newest Hop Patrol IPA comes from the House of Faun in Pompeii, Italy. This single-hop IPA preserves the luxurious taste of the Mosaic hop.

19. Ballast Point Victory at Sea ABV – 10% $7
Victory at Sea embodies the art of masterful brewing by infusing a velvety Imperial Porter with pure vanilla flavor and specially-selected, hand roasted coffee. The
addition of cold brewed coffee to the beer lends a subtle roasted flavor to this robust imperial porter, blending perfectly with rich vanilla and caramel undertones.
20. Summit Extra Pale Ale ABV – 5.1% $5
Its light bronze color and distinctly hoppy flavor have made it a favorite in St. Paul, Minneapolis and the rest of the Upper Midwest ever since we first brewed it back in 1986.
21. BauHaus Sky 5 IPA ABV – 6.7% $5
Generous late hop additions provide loads of hop flavor, with just enough bitterness to ignite your senses and make your wilder dreams come true. Notes of citrus, passionfruit and spice are supported by German and British malts, building a full-flavored yet balanced IPA.

An English-Style Golden Ale with hints of light toffee flavor and a citrus, Cedar-like aroma.
25. Alpine Pure Hoppiness ABV – 8% $6
We’ve used hops in the boil, more hops in the giant hopback, and added to that, an incredible amount of dry-hopping for that cutting-edge “hop bite.”
26. Dogfish Head Siracusa Nera ABV – 10% $7
Combining a roasty Imperial Stout with a jammy Syrah wine, this beer is bold and complex. Notes of coffee, dark chocolate and anise from a blend of roasted malts meld with flavors of plums, cherries and stewed fruits from Syrah grape must in this jet black stout. Aged on American oak to add some light toasty vanilla to the mix.
27. Rush River Scenic On Grapefruit ABV – 5% $5
A refreshingly light pale ale, Scenic is smooth and drinkable. Copious amounts of fresh Citra and Mosaic hops lend aromatics of grapefruit, apricot, and tropical fruit. Minimal bitterness and a huge hop aroma.
28. Great Lakes Elliot Ness Red Ale ABV – 6.2% $5
Deep Amber red color, with a fragrant malt aroma. Flavorful notes of rich caramelized malt and noble hop flavors harmonize on the palate leading to a crisp clean finish.
29. Loon Juice Red Mule ABV – 5.5% $7
Limited seasonal release. Combines honeycrisp apples with ginger and a kiss of cranberry and hops. Formerly Yule Mule.
30. Destihl Wild Sour Cranberry Criek ABV – 5% $7
Our non-traditional Cranberry Criek evolved by merging tart cranberries with sweet cherries, normally associated with a traditional Kriek, but in a kettle sour beer that is wonderfully intricate, balanced, fruity and tart. We then dry-hopped this crimson-colored beer for a touch of citrus aroma and flavor, adding another layer of complexity and a perfect finish. Cheers!
31. Destihl Weissenheimer Hefeweizen ABV – 5.9% $5
The aroma and flavor of this classic hefeweizen (or weissbier/wheat beer with yeast) is decidedly fruity with clove, nutmeg-like and even vanilla-like phenolics. Banana-like esters are also present.

33. Odell Isolation Ale ABV – 6.5% $5
Available each winter from the first of November until it runs out, Isolation ale is amber in color, malty and strong. We consider it a traditional winter warmer,
without the addition of fruits or spices.
followed by… Odell Rapture ABV – 6% $6
Rupture was born out of our obsession with getting the most out of each and every hop. By grinding the whole hop, we “rupture” the lupulin inside – releasing the oil that gives the beer its flavor. And what we grind that day, we use that day. Leaving you a beer that’s fresh, aromatic, with an unparalleled bright, hoppy character.
34. Lift Bridge Commander ABV – 12.5% $8
An English-style barleywine brewed with “heavy fists of malts and subtle, sweet cardamom,” then aged in bourbon barrels.
35. Tallgrass Vanilla Bean Buffalo Sweat ABV – 5% $5
In 2013, two nine-gallon casks were filled with Buffalo Sweat and a handful of vanilla beans, and were stored in Tallgrass founder Jeff Gill’s office. A few weeks later, Jeff entered his office to find one of casks had exploded, spraying beer all over his office and leaving a hole in the ceiling above his desk shaped exactly like the cork bung used to seal the cask. Thankfully, the other cask did not explode.
followed by… Tallgrass King Buffalo ABV – 10.5% $7
It looks like Buffalo Sweat. It has the same dense, foamy head — though it’s a little darker — and it leaves the same sticky lacing on the glass. The aroma is spot-on. Coffee. Chocolate. Roasted barley, hints of toffee and a little bit of booze. Take that first sip. The body is thick and robust, with a velvety texture and a bitter, dry and warming finish. There’s no residual sweetness like that of Buffalo Sweat – because there’s no lactose in this brew – but an earthy, herbal hop character that bounces beautifully off the dark roasted malts.
36. 21st Amendment Blood Orange IPA ABV – 7% $6
Brewed with real blood oranges with a base of Brew Free or Die IPA. We added some additional Citra hops to compliment the oranges.
37. Boulevard Tank 7 ABV – 8.5% $7
Beginning with a flavorful surge of fruity aromatics and hoppy, grapefruit notes (Amarillo hops), this complex, straw-colored ale finishes long, dry and spicy.
38. Rush River Unforgiven Amber Ale ABV – 5.5% $5
Rich in flavor and mildly sweet, this amber ale is dry- hopped in the conditioning tank to add a subtle herbal nose.
39. Dogfish Head 120 ABV – 16.5% $10
Brewed to a colossal 45°P, boiled for a full 2 hours while being continually hopped with high alpha American hops, dry-hopped every day in the fermenter for a month, and aged for a month on whole leaf hops, 120 Minute IPA is by far the strongest IPA ever brewed.
40. Surly Todd The Axe Man ABV – 7.2% $6
“Todd – The Axe Man” – a potent IPA loaded with fresh American aroma hops on a base of rich Golden Promise malt, Surly’s signature malt.
41. Oskar Blues Old Chub ABV – 8% $7
The cola-colored beer features a dense, tawny head, a creamy mouthful and flavors of caramel, chocolate and lightly roasted malt. Complex and rich, it finishes with a whisper of smokiness that calls to mind a fine single malt scotch.
42. Rush River Nevermore ABV – 8.5% $6
This beer is black in color with an ample amount of oats to give it a smooth finish. This ale has a very complex grain bill and packs a punch. All natural cocoa is also added to make this stout a fantastic experience.
43. New Hollands Dragons Milk ABV – 11% $7
This strong ale was aged in oak for over 120 days. The aging process extracts flavors from the wood, which contribute to its complex character. Hints of bourbon flavor perfectly compliment its roasted malts to produce a beer fit for a King.
44. The Bruery Share This: Mint Chip ABV – 10.5% $7
This decadent imperial stout is inspired by mint chip flavors, recreated by adding spearmint leaves and cacao nibs to a rich base featuring chocolaty notes of its own.
45. Lagunitas Brown Shugga ABV – 9.84% $7
An aborted batch of their Old Gnarleywine ended up tasting nearly as good as that they were hoping for, so they bottled it. God bless capitalism.
46. Victory Golden Monkey ABV – 9.5% $6
The richness of German malts and Belgian yeast are tempered by a sparkling approach and overall light body.
47. Maui Coconut Porter ABV – 6% $5
It is black in color and crowned with a creamy, dark tan head. It begins with a malty-toasted-coconut aroma followed by a rich, silky mouthfeel with tastes of dark malt, chocolate, and hints of coffee. It then finishes with flavors of toasted coconut and hoppy spice to balance the finish.
48. Ommegang Gnomegang ABV – 9.5% $7
This delectable blonde ale is a co-creation of two famed farmstead breweries: Brewery Ommegang and Brasserie d’Achouffe. It employs five fine malts, two noble hops, and both of the distinctive Chouffe and Ommegang yeasts. You’ll enjoy the smooth drinkability, fruity aromas and flavors, and warming finis.
49. Founders Breakfast Stout Nitro ABV – 8.3% $6
Brewed with an abundance of flaked oats, bitter and imported chocolates and two types of coffee, this stout has an intense fresh-roasted java nose topped with a frothy, cinnamon-colored head that goes forever.
50. Founders Rubeaus Nitro ABV – 5.7% $6
Our tart and refreshing homage to raspberries, Rubaeus, is softened up and rounded out with the infusion of nitrogen. The smooth, creamy mouthfeel gives the assertiveness of the raspberries a moment to linger on the tongue, bringing out a deeper, more complex richness to the beer. Brewed with pale wheat malt and crystal hops to allow the raspberries to shine; this is a fantastic way to enjoy Rubaeus year-round.
