1.  Boulder Mojo IPA – Nitro                ABV -7.2%    $6
Mojo reflects the perfect balance of hop bitterness and malt character. The unique Amarillo hop creates a big citrus flavor with an ultra-crisp dry finish.

2.  Left Hand Milk Stout Nitro                ABV – 6%      $6
The aroma is of brown sugar and vanilla cream, with hints of roasted coffee. Initial roasty, mocha flavors rise up, with slight hop & roast bitterness in the finish.

3.  Upper Hand Lager                    ABV – 5%      $5
Want something light? Upper Hand® Lager is perfect for any season, and strikes a nice balance of substantial flavor and moderate body. This lager has a crisp bite, with herbal and floral hop aroma balanced out by a subtle malt character.
followed by…  Bells Lager            ABV – 5%      $5
This brew is crafted with Pils and Munich malts. The pronounced hop character of this golden lager sparks thoughts of sandy beaches and rocky islands.

4.  Fulton 300                    ABV – 6.9%      $5
Batch 300 is built on a base of Weyermann Pilsner malt, and heavily hopped from start to finish with Mosaic, one of our favorite new American hop varieties.
followed by…  Rush River Scenic with Grapefruit      ABV – 5%      $5
Copious amounts of Citra and Mosaic hops lend aromatics of grapefruit, apricot, and tropical fruit, with minimal bitterness and a slightly spicy finish.

5. Ace Pear Cider                    ABV – 5%     $7
Made from a base of 100% pure, local apple juice. Pear essence is added to give the cider its distinctive pear taste; a taste so fresh and natural it is already proving as popular as its more traditional apple counterpart.  This cider is naturally gluten free.

6.  Bells Two Hearted                    ABV – 7.0%    $6
Two Hearted as an intense hop aroma and malt balance with characteristics of grapefruit and pine aromas. A very drinkable American-style IPA.

7.  Fulton Sweet Child of Vine                ABV – 6.4%      $5
Generous quantities of Simcoe and Glacier hops are added throughout the boil. Then, late in the fermentation process, we infuse the Sweet Child with another dose of Glaciers, imparting a bouquet of hop aroma that veritably bursts forth upon serving.
followed by…  New Belgium Juicy Watermelon Lime Ale  ABV – 5%      $5
Cool off with this refreshingly fruity summer beer brewed with watermelons and limes.

8.  Lucette Farmers Daughter                ABV – 4.8%     $5
This is an amazingly delicious lighter style beer with big flavors.

9. B Nektar Zombie Killer                ABV – 6%     $7
Zombie Killer Cherry Cyser is made with Michigan tart cherry juice, apple cider and star thistle honey. It is sweet but balances nicely with the tart cherries.

10.  Deschutes Fresh Squeezed                 ABV – 6%     $6
Thiis mouthwateringly delicious IPA gets its flavor from a heavy helping of citra and mosaic hops. Don’t worry, no fruit was harmed in the making of this beer.

11.  Bent Paddle Bent Hop                ABV – 6.2%      $5
An unexpected visual bend to an American IPA. This style is one that stands out in a crowd, or if you’re more like us – enjoyed at a campsite, with no crowd.

12.  Fulton Lonely Blonde                ABV – 4.8%      $5
The Lonely Blonde wears a delicate fragrance of Czech Saaz hops, and flaunts German Pilsner, Crystal 10, and White Wheat malt, which contribute medium-light body, fair complexion, and a pleasantly lacy white head.

13.  Lift Bridge Chestnut Hill            ABV – 5.5%      $5
Seasonal Brown Ale made with roasted and crushed hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, and pecans. Lightly hopped to balance the smooth sweetness of the dark malts and nutty notes.

14.  Surly Furious                    ABV – 6.2%       $5
Four American hop varieties are used at a rate of over three pounds per barrel. The result is a rich malt sweetness infused with bright hop flavor and aroma from beginning to end.

15.  Tallgrass Buffalo Sweat                 ABV – 5%      $5
What we really like about this beer is the smoothness that brewing with cream sugar brings to the palate. This smoothness balances out the copious quantities of roasted barley used in the brewing process to create a rich, complex, and delicious beer.

16.  Toppling Goliath Pompeii            ABV – 5.5%      $6
Inspiration for our newest Hop Patrol IPA comes from the House of Faun in Pompeii, Italy. Just as Mount Vesuvius preserved the complex mosaics of Pompeii, this single-hop IPA preserves the luxurious taste of the Mosaic hop.

17.  Brooklyn Brown                    ABV – 5.6%      $5
Brooklyn Brown uses pale, crystal, chocolate, and black malts to attain a complex creamy texture. It is more heavily hopped than its British forbears.

18.  Summit Pilsner                    ABV – 4.5%     $5
With a crisp, refreshing malt backbone and lightly spiced hops, it’s a taste of the Bohemian life.

19. New Hollands Dragon’s Milk            ABV – 11%      $7
This strong ale was aged in oak for over 120 days. The aging process extracts flavors from the wood, which contribute to its complex character. Hints of bourbon flavor perfectly compliment its roasted malts to produce a beer fit for a King.
followed by…  Bells Oberon            ABV – 5.8%      $6
Bell’s Oberon is a wheat ale fermented with Bell’s signature house ale yeast, mixing a spicy hop character with mildly fruity aromas. The addition of wheat malt lends a smooth mouthfeel, making it a classic summer beer.

20.  Summit Extra Pale Ale                ABV – 5.1%     $5
Its light bronze color and distinctly hoppy flavor have made it a favorite in St. Paul, Minneapolis and the rest of the Upper Midwest ever since we first brewed it back in 1986.

21.  Sierra Nevada Kellerweis            ABV – 4.8%      $5
Kellerweis is one of the only American Hefeweizens made using the traditional Bavarian style of open fermentation. This difficult and labor-intensive technique adds uncommon depth and flavor complexity.

22. Cider Boys Mimosa Cider                ABV – 5%      $7
Ciderboys is introducing Grand Mimosa, which unites the tart crispness of ruby red apples with the fresh sweetness of succulent juicy oranges.
followed by… Cider Boys Pineapple Hula Cider    ABV – 5%      $7
Pineapple Hula combines the big citrus taste of fresh pineapple with the crisp
sweetness of apple cider.

23. Redstone Meadery Sunshine Apricot Necture        ABV – 8%      $7
Made with the addition of apricot puree for a dryer, tart, more traditional tasting mead.

24. New Belgium “Come Together” Honey Wheat Wine    ABV – 9%      $7
We teamed up with our buds from Minneapolis’ Indeed Brewing to brew Come Together Wheat Wine, a super-heady sipper packed with loads of honey for an intoxicatingly warming swallow. Strawberry scented Belma hops and our house Belgian yeast strain all Come Together for a harmonious blend of fruit, citrus and spice in every sip with a warm, full-bodied finale.

25. Surly Abrasive                    ABV – 9%      $7
Sure we’re abrasive. We were abrasive long before we were Surly. Pale in color, this over-hopped, under-brewed Double IPA has almost twice the amount of hops & malt crammed in the can.

26. Tallgrass King Buffalo                  ABV – 10.5%      $7
The aroma is spot-on. Coffee. Chocolate. Roasted barley, hints of toffee and a little bit of booze. Take that first sip. The familiar coffee and chocolate flavors are there, but they’re bigger, bolder and more complex. The body is thick and robust, with a velvety texture and a bitter, dry and warming finish.  There is an earthy, herbal hop character that bounces beautifully off the dark roasted malts.

27.   Founders Azacca IPA            ABV – 7%  $6
The Azacca hop boasts intense, tropical fruit notes. Azacca IPA includes a touch of caramel malt to provide a sweet backbone to the citrus, mango and orchard fruit notes.

28.  Fixed Gear Red Ale                ABV – 6.5%      $5
It’s RED, it’s BOLD and it tastes DAMN GOOD. We could go on and on about it, This one’s got an ATTITUDE.

29.   Summit Miabock            ABV – 6.7%  $5
Early German monks created “bock” beer as a hearty beverage that would help sustain them during their Lenten fasts.  Maibocks have a rich, malty, full flavor.

30. Central Waters Brew House Coffee Stout    ABV – 8.2%      $7
A coffee lover’s delight! A wonderful stout infused with coffee that is specially roasted.

31.  Ballast Point Mango Even Keel            ABV – 3.8%      $6
This hoppy, session ale gets a flavor boost from mango, which perfectly plays off the citrusy hop bouquet. With fruit, hops, and a low ABV, this beer truly is on another level.

32.  Boulder Shake                    ABV – 5.9%     $6
Our twist on the traditional american porter, Shake chocolate porter is black in color with rich, dark chocolate aromatics and flavors and subtle coffee-like notes. This unique brew blends five different grains, including Chocolate Wheat, that along with cacao nibs create a devilishly delicious chocolate finish with a velvety mouth feel.

33.  Lift Bridge Warden                ABV – 5.75%      $6
Aromas of coffee with hints of smoke greet the nose, and the beer’s flavors include a complimentary combination of sweet and savory in the forms of chocolate and roasted malt. The mouthfeel is silky smooth and the unfermentable sugar from the lactose leaves the sweetness on the palate that you’d expect from a milk stout.

34. Four Daughters Loon Juice Strawberry Shandy      ABV – 5%      $7
We combined strawberries with our signature Honeycrisp apples and lemonade to form a strawberry, apple-y, lemony, deliciously awesome… thingy. Enjoy.

35. The Bruery Or-Xata                    ABV – 7.2%      $6
Our take on the traditionally non-alcoholic drink is a blonde ale brewed with a heavy dosing of rice, cinnamon and fresh vanilla beans along with lactose
for a litle extra creamy character.

36.  Fulton Insurrection                ABV – 8.9%      $7
Insurrection’s flavor profile is spearheaded by Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic hops added at a rate of nearly 4 pounds per barrel. Both hops are new breeds, and they combine to overwhelm the senses with an onslaught of citrus, white grape, and blueberry notes.

37. Boulevard Tank 7                    ABV – 8.5%      $7
Beginning with a flavorful surge of fruity aromatics and hoppy, grapefruit notes (Amarillo hops), this complex, straw-colored ale finishes long, dry and spicy.

38.  Rush River Unforgiven Amber Ale            ABV – 5.5%     $5
Rich in flavor and mildly sweet, this amber ale is dry-    hopped in the conditioning tank to add a subtle herbal nose. The robust caramel color and flavor is complemented with a frothy head that leaves a thick lacing on the glass.

39. Deschutes Abyss                    ABV – 11%      $8
Stout brewed with licorice and molasses with 33% aged in oak and oak bourbon barrels. Aged in French Oak and Bourbon barrels, this special brew has immeasureable depth inviting you to explore and discover its rich, complex profile.
followed by… Surly Barrel Ages Darkness        ABV – 12%      $10
Imperial stout aged in new oak and bourbon barrels.

40.  Surly Todd The Axe Man                ABV – 7.2%      $6
“Todd – The Axe Man” – a potent IPA loaded with fresh American aroma hops on a base of rich Golden Promise malt, Surly’s signature malt.

41. Indeed Mexican Honey                ABV – 8.7%      $6
Mexican Honey is an Imperial Mexican Lager brewed with rare Mexican Orange Flower honey. Effervescent aromas of citrus and honeycomb leap out and boogie atop a crisp, pale yellow body with slight hints of cracker and toast.

42. The Bruery Frucht Boysenberry            ABV – 4.5%      $6
Known for a tart flavor profile and traditionally low ABV, our German-style wheat beer gains even more funky notes and natural earthy-woodiness from fermentation in one of our twin oak foeder vessels.

43. Central Waters Bourbon Barrel Stout        ABV – 9.5%      $7
Look for this tasty treat to contain hints of bourbon and vanilla with roasted overtones that is sure to please any connoisseur’s palate.

44. Ace Space                        ABV – 6.9%      $7
A blood orange cider.

45. Brooklyn Blast                    ABV – 8.4%      $7
We use earthy English hops to build the foundation and bright citrusy American hops to bring the noise in the rambunctious IPA we call BLAST! British Maris Otter and German Pilsner malts lends solidity, balance and bready flavors to brace up a beer that’s beautifully hoppy, strangely quaffable and oddly compelling. Minerally hop bitterness is followed by a shock wave of flavor and aroma.
followed by…Alaskan Hopthermia Double IPA    ABV – 8.5%      $7
We know that the windswept lone brewer dreamt of a Double IPA so bold and packed full of hop flavor that it could keep the wild wolves from the door of his remote cabin. And we know he skillfully crafted a beer that became the stuff of legend.

46. Victory Golden Monkey                ABV – 9.5%       $6
Strong and sensual, this golden, Belgian-style ale glows. The richness of German malts and Belgian yeast are tempered by a sparkling approach and overall light body.

47.  Destihl Lymbrook Raspberry            ABV – 3%      $7
A wild Berliner-Style Weisse with raspberries added, results in a very refreshing beer presenting with fuchsia color and an aroma with the raspberry-lemon aroma giving way to hints of brie and barnyard funkiness. The flavor is absent of any hops or bitterness and instead has initial impression of subtle lemon and yogurt supported by tart, fresh raspberries and underlying lactic sourness.

48. Insight Doe Eyes                    ABV – 7.5%      $6
The aroma is reminiscent of cherry pie, which leads to flavors of tart and sweet cherries. Light in body, effervescent in finish.
followed by…  Surly Hell                ABV – 4.5%      $5
Not unlike a Zwickel Bier from Germany, Hell is our filtered and fermented with lager yeast, American hops takes a back seat to the Pils malt sweetness and fresh bread aroma. The color is well… hell (Deutsch for light).

49.  Deschutes Obsidian Stout                ABV – 6.4%      $5
Obsidian has distinct notes of espresso, chocolate, roasted malt and black barley, with just enough hop bite to cut the sweetness.

50. Flying Dog Double Dog Nitro        ABV – 11.5%      $8
Double Dog Double Pale Ale is a generously hopped ale with a deep red color and pours with a nice frothy head. The abundance of hops will conjure some provocative aromas with hints of raisins and citrus.
